When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. When you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details directly and we store only the subscription status and tier.
When you use Marskel agents, we store the messages you send and the responses generated, attached to your account. This is necessary to maintain conversation history and to produce deliverables.
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
Your company context and conversation history are used exclusively to generate responses within your Marskel workspace. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We send transactional emails (account confirmation, expert review notifications, billing receipts) via Resend. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics (feature usage counts, session length) are used to improve the product.
We share data with the following sub-processors to operate the service:
We do not sell your data. We do not share identifiable data with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed above.
When you submit a deliverable for expert review, the relevant content is shared with the assigned expert so they can provide a sign-off. Experts are under confidentiality agreements. They see only the deliverable, not your full conversation history.
Your account data and deliverables are retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can request permanent deletion by emailing privacy@marskel.com.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (set by Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. The PostHog analytics cookie is first-party and anonymized.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. You also have the right to restrict processing or object to certain uses.
